1. General Services

Welcome to BCJS DISTRIBUTION INC.. These terms govern the use of our logistics, forwarding, and warehouse services. We aren't just moving boxes; we're moving your business. By booking a transit with us, you're agreeing to these rules. Why do we have them? To ensure every delivery is handled with the precision it deserves.

2. Liability & Cargo Transport

When it comes to cargo transportation, we prioritize safety above all else. However, it’s vital to understand the limits of liability. BCJS DISTRIBUTION INC. maintains comprehensive insurance, but the nature of transit involves risks beyond human control.

We're responsible for physical loss or damage to goods arising directly from our negligence during the period of transit. We don't accept liability for indirect losses, such as loss of profit or market delays, unless specifically agreed upon in a written contract prior to departure.

3. Warehousing Rules

Our warehouses for freight transportation are high-security zones. Items stored with us are subject to specific lien rights. Basically, if payments are outstanding for more than 45 days, we reserve the legal right to hold or dispose of goods to recover costs. It's a standard industry practice, but we'd rather just see your business thrive!

4. Payment & Cancellation

Invoices are due within 14 days of the delivery date. Late payments may incur a standard 5% interest fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled pickup will incur a small administrative fee. We’ve got drivers to schedule and routes to plan, so early notice helps everyone stay moving.
